A6: This really depends on your installer's mechanical experience, our installers
take only 5-6 hours to install an entire vehicle, but if you

A9: Yes, we specialize in oem style seat heating systems, for
more information please visit this link. Our seat heaters are designed and engineered in Germany, they are far superior than anything in the market today. We have replaced thousands of defective OEM seat heaters already with our product.

What is perforation? What are the advantages of perforation?
A10: Perforation are tiny holes found in the leather where the body touches. In most luxury vehicles such as mercedes benz, bmw, and porsche comes with perforated leather. By adding perforation to your vehicles interior, it will add a touch of class, allowing the leather to breath easier, add value to your vehicle, and creating a more luxury feel. It is also a great combination with seat heaters as perforation will allow the heat to penetrate the leather faster creating a faster warmer seat.

A11: Yes, we offer custom suede interiors for our higher end clientelle. Suede Interiors are very high demand in Europe and is becoming a huge trend in North America as well. Alot of automobile manufacturers are already installing suede into their cars such as Porche, Lambourghini, Ferrari, Maybach, and Mercedes-Benz. How long does it take for you to produce my order?
A13: Provided that we have your vehicles pattern in our database, it only takes one day for us to produce your order. However if we are backlogged with orders from the dealerships there may be some delay. Please ask our sales department regarding completion date.

Are your leather interiors made of 100% genuine leather?
A14: No, only the areas where your body touches are genuine leather. The areas where the body does not touch are normally made of vinyl. This is the standard for OEM leather manufacturing as all automobile manufacturers follow this rule as well. By doing this, we can save you money and lower the cost for a luxury feature that you deserve most.

Do you sell to countries outside of North America?
A15: Yes, our customer database is normally in Canada and the United States. However we have includes located as far as Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Iceland, Great Britain and Russia.
Q16:
Which shipping company to do use to ship out your products?
A16: Normally we use either Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, USPS and DHL. Our shipping department will find out the lowest costs for shipping and use that method. Our company doesn't profit from shipping like most companies do, we only charge you what the shipping company charges. If you are located in the United States, your order will usually be shipped out from Blaine, WA and if you are located from Canada, it will be shipped out from Vancouver, BC.

I have never installed leather before, do you offer technical support for your products?
A16: Yes, we have a team of factory trained technicians to help you on the installation of our leather and seat heaters.
